Kind of creepy...

One day I was in the Tube in London and I looked around and realized there was no one else in the station with me. I couldn't believe it! I scare easily so after I took these pics I started to freak myself out so I had to leave. Have you ever seen The Wiz? Remember the scene when Michael Jackson was in the subway and the poles started coming alive and chasing him? Well, I had visions of that scene in my head (which I know is silly cause really, a pole chasing me?? Come on!) But I still couldn't stop thinking about it so I got out of there pretty quickly. I know, I know, I'm crazy. Hope you enjoy the pics! Normally the Tube is so crowded, sometimes you can barely move so I had to snap some pics of it when it was empty.

A few different things I saw in Ecuador...

Have you ever seen a car like this before? It was along side us on the way to Mindo. Interesting...

I'm the USA it is illegal to have a kid in the front seat with you like this. I'm not sure what the laws are in Ecuador but I couldn't believe there was a little kid in the front seat with no seat belt.

I think this is a nice feature...you find you don't have a diaper in your diaperbag and guess what? There are diapers for you to take in case you don't have one. We should have that in all bathrooms in the USA.

When I was walking along the lovely streets of Paris I came across this and had to take a picture of it. When graffiti is interesting and lovely like this, I don't mind it. What do you think?

I snapped this pic when I was in London, I had never seen anything like this. I love how the backpack is strapped on but couldn't someone come along and snatch it?

Vancouver-Gastown

Gastown is one of those areas you can walk around and shop, eat, and enjoy the scenery. There are almost 200 shops, cafes and restaurants, many of them housed in beautiful Victorian buildings.

Well...I guess the plaque says it all, nothing else I can add.

Have you ever been to Vancouver? I love it here, the people are nice, the city is clean and it's by the water. Who can ask for anything more??

Vancouver

A couple of weeks ago I spent a few days in Vancouver. I love it there, the city is really beautiful. I have been there several times but I had never been to Granville Island. It's a cool spot, filled with tons of restaurants, shops, and it's surrounded by water so you can sit outside and enjoy a lovely view.

Have you ever been paddle boarding? I haven't but I just saw a Living Social deal for lessons and I'm gonna do it. It looks like so much fun!

They have water taxis that take you from one side of the harbor to the other.

Chicago

I recently flew to Chicago for the day to see some family. I hadn't been there in years and I loved the city. I was only there for a few hours so I didn't get to see a whole bunch but what I did see I was impressed with. I don't know any of the names of the buildings below because we were driving around in a car but I thought they were interesting.

If you know what these buildings are, please tell me because I have no idea.
